- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our prices at an affordable rate. Some of our competitors will be cheaper but we use the highest quality products and equipment we could find. We never want to compromise our quality for lower prices. We believe using high-quality products and equipment will save our customers and our company money by lasting longer and working more efficiently than the cheaper equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge a $60 service fee to diagnose your systems' problem. After we diagnose the problem with the system we give you all of the possible options you have and the costs for each option. Our main concern is always getting your current system optimized and working efficiently. we will not try to sell you a whole new system if you don't need it that is a promise. We can normally make it to our customer's location within an hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the HVAC industry for 25+ years and am fully licensed. My 2 sons are certified technicians at my company and have been working with A/C and Heating most of their lives, each one having 10+ years of experience. I have taught them everything I know and they have brought me into the modern age of A/C and Heating with their constant thirst for knowledge in this field. Together we create a highly skilled team of technicians.
