My process for working with a new customer is designed to be as smooth as a freshly sanded surface. Here’s how it usually goes: - The Initial Friendly Chat (Let's Get Acquainted); - Brutal investigation. I will ask some questions to clarify what exactly needs my Golden Touch; - The Estimate you will like (No Surprises, Just Solutions); - The Work (Where the "Almost Golden Hands" Get Busy); - The Reveal & The Review (Ta-Da! And Are You Happy?); - The Follow-Up (Just Checking In).

While I might not have a formal degree in "Household Wizardry," my education has been a hands-on, real-world curriculum with over 5 years of dedicated experience in tackling a vast array of home repairs and improvements. Think of it as a PhD in "Getting the Job Done Right."
