- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a lesson and consultation for new students for $10. This way they can try before signing up for any additional. After that, New students may enroll and take lessons one at a time, join a class, or enroll in a series. It's up to the student how many lessons they feel comfortable. There are no contracts or longterm obligations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have new students schedule an Introductory lesson and consultation. This way they can sample our instruction, see the facility, and ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors teach full time and many have been in the dance industry as teachers, performers, and competitors for 10-25yrs. Our teachers hold degrees in dance. All are certified through one of the national organizations governing ballroom dancing in the USA.
