We had a great experience with our deck rebuild with Shay and his team at SBO Home Design. They were prompt, fair, and did an excellent job building our large deck. We have been enjoying it since the day it was finished and know we will continue to enjoy it for years to come.

We bought a 1941 home and did a full interior rehab including moving walls around to dramatically reshape rooms, added a bathroom, new floors, full kitchen reno, etc. Devid and his crews are punctual, detailed, precise, creative and helpful. Devid helped us firm up our vision, achieve our objectives, and manage cost. The delivery of the work was excellent. Estimated time was 75 days (for a full gut!). We finished in 90 and that included some extra time to do additional work (like replacing ancient heat ducts while the ceiling was open). We're 100% satisfied with our experience and would work with Shahar again without hesitation.

We have used SBO Home Design on two major projects in our home. First we did a total remodel on our kitchen. Devid and his team were wonderful to work with. I explained my vision and Shahar made it come true. My kitchen is a dream come true. So two years later when our bathroom needed to be demolished and redone we called SBO Home Design. The bathroom presented some challenges but Shahar found ways to overcome them. This bathroom is modern and ready for us to age in place. Both projects required major plumbing upgrades and Shahar brought in the best plumbers for the job. Our next project will be more of an indoor outdoor room. I can't wait to get SBO Home Design started on this new project.

From start to finish everything was done professionally and with the intent to satisfy our needs. The sales person was understanding to what we were looking for and budgeted for and the installation staff was friendly and worked diligently. Overall I am happy we went with overland remodeling and would definitely use them again for other projects.
