Mr. Khan was the only person in town that I could find willing to fix the jam in my, otherwise working, HP Photosmart printer. He took my printer in for repairs less than 24 hours after I posted a query to Thumbtack, and had it back to me within an hour! LADIES, worry no more about what to do about your computer that is giving you fits. Having someone come to you is the best. I was a little concerned about a man I don't know coming to me but I am at ease with Todd. He met me at my daughters dorm to install her printer. She didn't have enough space and it was running slow but Todd was able to clean it out and install the printer. Her computer is performing better than it was before. He is very good, was on time, professional and trustworthy. I was so pleased that I will be using him to help me with my computer.
