You were a contractor and you knew how to do it and you could do it yourself. I stated that that was a very low price, but we’re willing to work with you as long as you work with us. I asked you if you could pressure wash the area is needed because of a dirt and debris from the years of wear and tear. you said you would get back to me. I texted you hours later than not to worry about the pressure washing that I would have my Team) or myself pressure wash the area as needed, and I threw that in at no cost to you. I did let you know that we would have to come back out. when we spoke via text message I also reminded you that per manufacturers normally it’s spraying paint two passes.
