I hired AJ with Red Dot Cuisine for an outdoor baby shower in the outskirts of Houston. Even though it was difficult for other vendors to find the location, AJ had no trouble at all, and arrived on time. He set everything up and left everything ready for my guests. We had the Chili Rellenos and the Oven Roasted Chicken with sides and salads. Everything was DELICIOUS and my guests enjoyed the variety that was provided. AJ was so easy to work with and he is so polite, and was more than worth it to hire him (my first time ever hiring a catering company). I will definitely hire him again for my next event. Thanks AJ!

Mark, et al catered the delicious Silver Dollar roast beef sandwiches and beautiful veggie trays with assorted dips for the luncheon for the Houston Symphony League's Ima Hogg Semi-finalists competition and guests at Rice University's Shepherd School of Music June 2, 2016. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Mark thoughtfully added a small tray of vegetarian sandwiches which were "inhaled" by the young attendees. Delivery was on time, courteous and appropriate, even in the deluge Houston has been undergoing the past few weeks. Thank you Mark. I look forward to working with you in the future!
Chef Mark was very impressive this Thanksgiving. He was very professional and his expertise in the culinary world came out it all of the food. Chef Mark catered my holiday dinner and it was amazing. The menu was well within my budget and the food was amazing. Everything was prepared from scratch and he didn't mind the company in the kitchen as family and friends watched him prepare multiple dishes. The menu included turkey, ham, roast, mac & cheese, homemade stuffing, greens, sweet potatoes and more. Thanks again Chef Mark and you will here from us again!
Chef Eve prepared Jerk Chicken with roasted eggplant! oh my goodness! I have had meals by 5 star chefs that could not compare. She really loves what she does! She also dressed to match our party theme! Promotional Tastings misses you!
Chef Vince recently did some hors d'eouvre for a small painting party I had and they were definitely 5 star quality. Olive tempenade on toast points, Parmesean waffle bruschetta and Italian sausage sliders with roasted tomato aioli. Though this was a small event, it was not treated as such and we were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. This included some wine pairing with the wine we had on hand. The entire experience was wonderful and we will definitely use Chef Vince and Epicurean Catering and Events again.
I enjoyed the service of In House Chefs. They came and catered a lunch for my church volunteers. We had chicken parm, roasted veggies which were seasoned anazingly, truffle mac & cheese that was super creamy and some garlic bread that was a big hit volunteers were upset when there wasn't anymore left! Chef Adrian was present and has an amazing personality and you can tell he truly loves his job and serving people it shows in his work and food presentation. I will be using In House Chefs again and again for my events!
Shannen saved me from having to make Thanksgiving dinner for my whole family this year! Everything, from the giant roasted turkey to the cranberry sauce made from fresh cranberries, was delicious! Shannen delivered a huge meal to my home and then stayed to carve the turkey for us. It was a lot of fun to meet him and everyone really enjoyed the food and two desserts he prepared for us.
