- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing system is easy. We offer three packages along with some ala carte items. Three packages are Full-Service, Mid-Range and Day of Coordination.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First - Find out more about their event vision. Next discuss pricing and packages, help them find a package that works for their budget and needs. Finally, the client will pay a deposit to secure their date and sign a contract. Once this is complete, the planning process starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MBA and planned Corporate events for four years. In addition - I have PMO (project management) license and we attend yearly Wedding industry Conferences
