Introduction: In addition to over 25 years of Conscious Movement leadership, which includes Nia, Soul Motion, beingLoved, and Deep Play, I was a lead facilitator for Authentic Relating Games in Houston. I bring my love of authentic connection, embodied awareness, great music and knack for creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for every level of experience. I created this practice to share what I love most, collaborative co-creation, intimate connection and artistic expression.

DUET's is a highly innovative from of movement that allows people to move and connect in a very real way. When I worked with Liz, I enjoyed the "workout" and I felt like I was in an atmosphere where she cared. It was also fun. What makes DUET's work is Liz's genius both as a dancer and as person who is well versed in how people can interact to create REAL connections. This was far beyond anything I had done with yoga. Honestly, I'll never forget the experience. If you try DUET's now, you will not only enjoy it, but 5-years from now, you will have the honor of being one of the first people to try it out. DUET's is so powerful that Liz could host a show called "So, you think you can love..."

I consider myself lucky to attend the first public class of D U E T as conceived by Liz Ganz. I've taken lots of Nia classes from Liz and enjoyed them all, and she introduced me to the dance community of Houston where I have found a new home within my home town. Her new D U E T practice takes movement and relating to a new level, with both solo and partner-oriented discoveries being made under her guidance. And she always keeps us smiling. I can't wait to go again and have another adventure for the soul.

Liz helped my husband and I come up with a dance for our 1st dance at our wedding. We hired her 5 months before our wedding. We practiced at her Nia studio. Liz's service was amazing and we became good friends with her. She did more than just choreograph our wedding dance, but she helped with our wedding and even married us. We really enjoyed going to our dance lessons because it was such a positive environment and energy. I wouldn't change anything with Liz's experience. Liz you are an amazing person and friend :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural evolution of many facets of life that I enjoy and am learning about. Human relationship, Awareness, Dance and Creative Self-Expression. I had many years working in the health care world while I danced on the side, whenever I could. Eventually I said, I just want to share the best part of myself with the world." I started teaching dance one year after that declaration. I had a background in theater arts, and so choreography was a way to design as well as perform. My interest in human nature and relationships led me towards the Authentic Relating culture, where I am currently engaged as a facilitator and educator. Partner Dance brings it all together.
