I have been a full time private chef since October 2014 was rated the “Best Personal Chef” in Houston by yelp up until 2021 when I signed on a full time contract with Liverking’s Media Company. From there I have worked as a personal chef and Food stylist for Athletes, actors, Senators, and first ladies. I have also cooked for and have appeared on netflix because of my cooking. I have a lot of experience with all types of food but my food tends to be more French and Italian inspired while using local ingredients. My dinners are 4 course meals, 5 courses, or 7 course tasting menu if you are a party of true foodies. I can also do some extravagant over the top family style meals that will capture the attention of your guests and whoever you show on social media. I bring the ingredients, equipment, help setup, serve, break down, and clean at your house. All you have to worry about is enjoying your guests.

Chef Lionel catered a 3 course dinner for 7 of my friends and I at my home. From the very quick response to my inquiry on Thumbtack through to the spotless kitchen he left after the party and everything in between Lionel was an absolute delight. He was very flexible on menu options, creative on ways to serve food that would accommodate numerous likes and dislikes and even suggested ways to save money. The food was delicious and he has a warm and engaging personality which made the evening even more enjoyable. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Incredible experience and can't wait to do it again. Chef Lionel recommended and prepared an evening long hors d'oeuvres party for us and it was fantastic. Plenty of food for everyone and they loved every bit of it. He and his assistant, Alexander, kept the party flowing all night and we couldn't have had a better time. Very nice and professional gentlemen who did a great job.

It was our first time with a personal chef and it was a great experience. He even left us with some of his cooking tools! (On accident, but If you want them back we may have to trade for chocolate mousse!!)
