We hired Dan to cater my birthday dinner. From the start, we knew we were in great hands. There were some dishes I knew I wanted, but there were other parts of the evening I wasn't sure what to serve. Chef Dan was able to help curate a gorgeous and delicious menu that perfectly encapsulated what I wanted! I will be hiring Chef Dan again and again and have even recommended him to my friends!

Chef Dan was an excellent choice. Hired him on a Thursday for a Sunday night anniversary dinner and he more than exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, complex, customized to our liking, and the whole 9 yards. It was all staged perfectly according to plan and we didn’t have to worry about anything except enjoy the night.
