- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients go through a comprehensive movement and posture assessment to determine which exercises and stretches will be prescribed. Depending on whether you decide to be a private client or a group client will determine how detailed the assessments and measurements that will be recorded.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my first gym membership when I was 15 and I've been obsessed with changing lives ever since. I worked at a large scale corporate gym for 14 years where I eventually fell into personal training and life coaching.
