- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private and Semi-Private coaching is available on a monthly recurring basis. Choose between 1x, 2x, and 3x, a week. Single training sessions are also available. The first session is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first free session allows you to see the training space and get an idea of my coaching style. During the session, I am happy to answer any questions or address any concerns that you have. I will be watching for imbalances, compensations, and overall performance. At the end of the session, if we both think you would be a good fit, we can talk about the best coaching option for you. You can also schedule a free (~15min) consultation before scheduling a training session if you would like to learn more before coming in.
