Hello, I am a photographer living in Houston, Texas. I decided to concentrate on Real Estate and Commercial photography about 8 years ago. I find it very rewarding capturing an individual's home or business in it's best possible appearance. I usually charge $150 for a house. I offer drone and video if you need those for your project. Ken did an outstanding job of photographing my garage apartment for listing on Airbnb and other short term rental sites. He showed up on time, was efficient (only took 30 mins), and provided the photos the next day. And, most importantly, the photos were incredible - see attached. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base fee is $125 for 30-35 listing photos, add $50 for 6 drone images. Other services are priced per individual job. I usually deliver the digital images within 24 hours of the shoot. I am more than happy to discuss the details of any project you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed drone pilot for commercial work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved photography and after I retired I decided to pursue my hobby as a career.
