- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im pretty flexible on the price im not trying to get rich of off you . You’re only going to paid for what the real problem is , not for the whole story I was trading to tell ..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will try to explain everything as much as I can I will show him/ her where the problem is . And if it’s possible I will have them get on the roof with me because I believe when you really see the problem to star to understand of how or why whe have to do things differently. In other words explain why they should just trust a sales rep. Fun fact , I am the whole enchilada , you won’t have to worrie about pay extra for different people like the sales person, the secretary, the actual work and the companies owner ..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All I will is that I have on site , hands on , field experience. It’s different from just pictures and word .. I could both .
