The only fees that we're charging are for credit card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inspect first the perimeter of the roof to see if there is any collateral damage. We perform an attic inspection to check for vulnerable areas of the roof from the inside of the attic. We get on the roof and inspect not only the area believed to be the origin of the issue to make sure there all areas of concern are being addressed and made known to the homeowner. We take photos of everything and also a video is shot to narrate the issues encountered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Representatives go through intensive training on a weekly basis to be updated on the best practices in the roofing industry. They go through training from a training team as well as training from roofing manufactures to be updated on the latest products and practices.
