- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
every customer that I deal with I offered them discounts in order for me to fit their project in their budget but at the same time all our customer needs to understand that we have to make a profit because in this line of Industry the cost of materials has went up 10 times higher then the cost of materials back in 2018 and now the cost for materials in 2022 has reached 50% or more so we do our best to try to work with our customers but our customer needs to understand our prices are based on the cost of material and labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do you know what each new customer costs your business? If you’ve never thought about this equation before you are most likely wasting dollars where you shouldn’t be and not spending enough in other areas. Customer acquisition cost is one of the most important equations that you need to understand to succeed in business. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my high school diploma and doing my high school time I took welding classes I took wood shop in Automotive and I went to San Jac College and I completed 2 years endured my time at college the classes that I took was carpentry and building and also just contribute to the line of work that I do Roofing and Construction I work with my hands every day to add on more experience to my line of services because I'm a jack of all trades there isn't no job that I can't do and like I tell my customers no job is too small or too big I take on any type of job willing they are odd jobs or even small jobs
