Thermostat and fan were working but heating and cooling was not starting. Sergio responded quickly and provided a timeframe. He patiently took time to troubleshoot possible issues and eventually got both heat and, on a second trip, the cold working again. Along the way he did explain his findings which, in this case, was wiring issues with the older system as well as the older thermostat and what was done to test and fix. The work area was cleaned up. The immediate problem was resolved economically without costly repair or replacement. Thank you Sergio!
