- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are personalized based on the scope of each trip. Many bookings, like hotels, cruises, or packaged travel, include my planning support at no additional cost to you, as I’m compensated through trusted travel partners. For more complex planning, such as multi-city Europe itineraries, fully customized trips, or standalone flight bookings, I may apply a service fee that reflects the time, research, and coordination involved in sourcing and managing those arrangements. I always communicate any fees upfront, so there are no surprises, and I’ll walk you through what’s included before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short intake form and consultation to understand travel style, priorities, and budget. From there, I design a tailored proposal with recommended hotels, routing, and experiences. Once we refine the details together, I handle bookings, logistics, and confirmations, and remain available leading up to travel for adjustments or questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, where I completed their advisor training program. This includes supplier partnerships, destination knowledge, itinerary design, and client experience planning. Through Fora, I also have access to preferred hotel programs, perks, and industry resources not typically available to the public.
