the app just sends you an estimate. our price is calculated based on how many sqft, number of rooms in the house, number of floors, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the appointment will only be confirmed after the client sends us the deposit amount and receives our contract with all cleaning information along with our work policy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team go through a training period before they start cleaning house. they are instructed to always be polite and respectful. All of them are checked and are properly identified with our company uniform. Our management is made up of lawyers ,administrators and professionals trained management. Our team enjoys people with fluent English,Portuguese,Spanish and French. Our team is made up of Americans,Latino,Spanish and French people.
