Leighan was AMAZING! I am so grateful that I came across her as my travel agent! She did absolutely a great job in finding everything we wanted for our trip to Vegas within our budget and requests. Leighan stayed in contact with us from the beginning to the end and I greatly appreciate her for that. Even through the difficult circumstances that took place at one moment she worked hard to make sure the problem was resolved. She is very professional and a dedicated hard worker. Leighan is a rockstar! I told her what I wanted and she found it EXACTLY and within my budget.
She found me a room at what I thought was a sold out resort.

My trip involved trains in Vermont. Leighan was very helpful and found out train information that I was having a hard time finding.
I made several changes along the process and she was always very patient with me. Most of our interaction was through e-mail but when I did talk to her by phone she was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. I made a good choice asking Leighan to plan our trip!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a $30 to $50 dollar research fee depending on your party size and type of trip. Your other fees are often included in the price of your trip. if we have to go outside of the normal process to get what you are looking for we will and i will add on comprable commission however this will always be communicated up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i will send 2a customer ina.,sformation sheet to you up from to help gather any missing information, information on travel insurace, and request your email for the research fee.
once we decide on a destination and are ready to book i will send a credit card verification form so we can start the booking process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am a certified dream maker with .y company and completed my disney train. i am know working on my cruise training and groups trip training.
