Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!
Kelly is an amazing teacher! With two weeks until our wedding I thought for sure we wouldnt be able to pull off a dance because neither one of us have any experience. I love going to yoga with Mallory! As a beginner of yoga, I have never felt embarrassed or awkward while practicing. Mallory creates a relaxing and rewarding experience. She also implements lessons and real world feelings into her classes. I have even been able to take what I have learned from her and apply it to my daily life, such as using breathing techniques or stretches when I feel stressed. I would absolutely recommend attending. After one class, you will want to keep going back!

I began my journey with yoga about 3 years ago and have practiced almost everyday since. I believe that yoga is an accessible practice to all ages and body types and with consistent practice, it is amazing the progress that your body and soul will make. This practice will allow you to sculpt your ideal body, free your true self, and transform your life. I teach power vinyasa flow yoga. This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!
