I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. One of my daughters became an ODP level soccer player who now plays Division 1 soccer. Whether you want to become an accomplished athlete or just attain your highest level of fitness Ricky has a program he can design and implement for you. I must warn you thought that Ricky is just as committed to your goals and will make sure you are advancing and progressing daily. He is a trainer for all levels of fitness and ages. I thoroughly enjoyed being trained by Amy. My sessions were full body workouts and the combination of exercises were challenging and fun (tho I griped the whole time). Amy always watched and corrected my form when needed which I feel is very important. She was always on time and only a text away to answer any training question I had. I highly recommend Amy as a personal trainer and hope to use her again in the near future.

Brady is the only professional to respond to my post. Luckily for me, Brady contacted me. I am experienced re: personal trainers: pilates, weights, etc. Brady's approach is more whole body, customized. He is also fun. We are talking (based on my request) about this week, for example, what music are we listening to. Or, next week, favorite book. We met and outlined a plan. His credentials are very good; more importantly, he has long-term clients and is committed to helping them achieve their personal and specific goals. No pushing or overdoing. Bottom line, I am confident I will achieve my goals.
Alex made sure I had one of the best experiences with personal trainers. He took into consideration the injuries when coming up with my workouts. Every week I walked up feeling sore, but feeling more energized. He even took time out of his day to make sure I knew what food would benefit my journey. Trainers in the fitness world are abundant. True personal trainers are a different breed of individuals all together. Brock truely is a cut above the rest and one of the only trainers I would recommend for (my) clients if something were to happen to me. Only other trainers may understand the level of that statement but for clarity (great trainers generally become like family and we protect our clients as such).

DJ has been my personal trainer off and on for 18 years because he is simply the best. Thanks to DJ I looked great in my wedding dress, lost stubborn baby weight after two boys and recovered from a knee injury so I can snow ski with my growing boys. It's the most efficient use of my time working out to achieve my goal. His exercises are always varied and progress at a rate that won't bring you to your knees. He's a great choice and I highly recommend him.

I am a personal trainer in Houston area. I am a 16yr athlete with a degree in Kinesiology minor in health fitness. I have had completed knee surgery and have built my body back up. I have worked with diabetics, depression, men, college students, kids and people who just want to get healthy, not just fit. The difference between me and other trainers is that I have a sports background, so my training is very different and unique. I can train you in 30 minutes or an hour, and I guarantee the next day you'll be sore but have a good sore. I'd love to help kids going into sports, men, women, couples, families.
