The pricing in our quotes is offered as a best estimate for the limited information typically available on initial client requests. We offer free, no-hassle consultations to accurately establish the full scope of the job. Most of the time, we are able to offer more competitive prices after getting a clearer picture of the tasks at hand. As a team of experts, we provide top quality work. Naturally, this means we are unlikely to be "cheap". But we assure you that you indeed get what you pay for with us. At Genie Concierge Company, we prefer to bill for the completion of specific tasks, rather than for hours worked, because this gives our clients an accurate picture of what to expect for what they pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have an initial consultation to establish a solid understanding of our clients' needs, after which we proceed to discussing the best solution for the project at hand. We believe one can never really overstate the need for crystal clear understanding prior to taking on a project.
