The 1 on 1 session provides an engaging workout that leaves me feeling invigorated and empowered. It's a fantastic way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall strength. The combination of footwork, bag work, and 1 on 1 sparring keeps it dynamic and exciting.

Love the atmosphere of this boxing gym. I was a little intimidated when first starting, and never touched a glove in my life and just after 30 minutes of 1:1 I already feel confident to start practicing on my own. I really recommend this for beginners and all levels

I was looking for a personal trainer and JC was one of the trainers that matched my search criteria. I never considered trying boxing but he was the first trainer to reach out and was great with answering all my question, so I decided to give it a try and I've really enjoyed it! I'm a wife, mom of 3 and working professional looking to get healthy and in shape. JC listened to what my goals were and modifies every session to help me achieve those goals. We run sessions in our backyard and he's been great with wearing a mask and trying to adhere to COVID-19 guidance which has been very much appreciated!

JC is awesome! He has amazing energy and is clearly knowledgeable when it comes to all things boxing. His 1:1 prices are the best i’ve seen and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone that’s trying to lose weight, get stronger, or improve their boxing skills. 10/10 :)

Clients can message me about any pricing questions they might have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely like to get to know my client and ask them about their goals. If their goals is weight loss, building muscle or learning the art of boxing I would love to help them with get there with plenty of goals and milestones along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer ,So I know plenty exercises to keep you in tip top shape and not stagnate. I have been boxing over 10 years and love fixing people's form so they can get in shape and look good doing it! I recently got my advanced nutrition certification, so I'm excited to add nutrition recommendations and advice to my training plans!
