Paul and Michael were very professional and took care of everything that we asked and beyond. We needed a washer and dryer picked up (from a second-floor apartment) and delivered and set up at another location. They paid attention to the details and took good care of everything in the delivery, resolved any issues that came up (expected and unexpected, through no fault of their own), and stayed until they knew everything was working perfectly. They seem very knowledgeable and very hard-working. You can tell they care about doing a good job in anything they do.
