About: Music and teaching have always been the great passion of my life, which led me to earn my Masters in Piano Performance and currently to pursue my DMA in Piano Pedagogy at Texas Tech School of Music, while performing as a Graduate Assistant.
I count with more than ten years of related experience both as a performer and teacher in all levels of education, for which I had the opportunity to build a solid expertise that enables me to guide my students in order to achieve their particular goals while enjoying the process that leads to those goals.
Since each student has a unique way to learn, I consider very important to promote flexibility and dialogue with the students and their families in case of children. This approach assures that the learning process results meaningful, strengthening the bonds between each student and music, turning it into an experience of joy and personal fulfillment.
From toddlers to adults, every lesson becomes a wonderful journey where the discovery of music provides both students and teacher with a new feeling of awe, joy, enlightenment and ultimately a new perspective of life, a more loving and sensitive approach to ourselves and to the world that surrounds us.
