Rhonda S. says, "Point One performed a complete home remodel for our Mom while she remained living in the house. We were worried because we are out of town and could not closely supervise the workers or the work being done. We are pleased to report that neither was necessary and the remodel turned out amazing, turning a tired house into an updated and modern home. The results are truly remarkable and the house is unrecognizable is a very good way, almost like a brand new house. This remodel project involved every inch of the home but these guys made it look easy. The owner was competent and responsive and often made suggestions that would result in a significant cost savings without sacrificing our design selections, quality and workmanship. A perfect example would be the marble tile backsplash that the owner found for 80% cheaper elsewhere resulting in a huge savings. While I can imagine that remodeling an occupied home would be difficult and challenging, Point One was respectful of the occupied areas and took every measure to ensure things were livable for the night before they left for the day. We trusted the crews so much that we left them to work in the house while running errands, etc. It felt more like working with family members who truly cared about the outcome and workmanship, and that we were happy with the outcome. It was evident early on that the owner was highly knowledgeable and we appreciated him putting that knowledge to work on our remodel. To say we are pleased with the outcome jist doesn’t seem to get it done. We are downright excited about it and would not hesitate to recommend Point One to any of our family and friends.
