- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sessions are catered specifically to each player's needs. I believe in a proper warm up to get the athlete's body ready to perform. Most sessions include some sort of ball handling development. Ball handling is a very important aspect of the game and all individuals regardless of height and position should seek development in this area. I believe in the concept of progression and I have had and incredible amount of success with it. I have the ability to break down a basketball skill into its smaller parts. In order to attack a complex skill we break it down and gradually add to it. Many times the process works so well players add entire skill sets in one session!
