My husband and I recently attended a farm-to-table dinner with Chef Aaron in the kitchen at Lake Forest Farm in McKinney. Everything on his fresh local menu was sublime! You can tell that he has an incredible understanding of how to source the best products and treat them as such. The preparations were simple and amazing, letting each flavor shine through in his dishes. His co-host, Vanessa, did a wonderful job in providing a relaxing ambiance. The attention to detail in their efforts did not go unnoticed. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time with Chef Aaron and Vanessa for cooking demonstration bridal shower hosted at our home. Chef Aaron showed us many tips and cooked up a wonderfully delicious brunch with the freshest and best tasting ingrediants. The shower was interactive and the timing between course was perfect. They work well together and made it super easy. I would do it all over again! Deserves a repeat for sure!

Chef Aaron and Vanessa were awesome! We had a 50th birthday party of for my husband and had a total of 10. We requested crab cakes and they were by far the best we have ever had. The wagu beef was fabulous. Everything was fresh from their farm and delicious. Their attentiveness to us and our guess far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was completely cleaned when they left. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed!!

We had an interview for a "Blind" menu, going into this having to trust Aaron. When we finally had our party, our guests were so excited to see and eat every course. They were great listeners, and better chefs! And then when it was all over, the kitchen was left spotless. Just a great night. Messages to us the next day.. "Best Dinner Party Ever"
