- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is about thoroughly and successfully serving the client's needs over time. We have a broad range of services at affordable prices. The 555 Golf Academy provides one-on-one private lessons (2 hour time blocks - 1 hour is seldom adequate), four lesson series, very affordable groups, clinics and schools. We stay in touch with all clients by our very useful 'Club House Membership' which provides our award-winning, FREE weekly '555 Golf Newsletter & Articles'. You will enjoy and benefit from that resource.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we MUST accomplish is to talk about customer capabilities and needs. The teaching process is about the 'Customer'. We meet build a proficient game plan. If the student has 'Desire', is 'Honest' and has an 'Open Mind', we can accomplish our agreed staged objectives ... on budget and on time. Endless! 'Teaching Teachers To Teach' is a great way to stay current. Writing about golf specific topics every day contributes to the ability to share knowledge and skills with others.
