- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time, the rate shown is a base rate. A base rate typically offers two crew movers and a truck. Each move is unique and therefore, once we gather ALL of the details of your move, it may be determined that you will need more crew members or more truck space. Therefore, the rate may have an increase. We will always do what is best for the customer. There is a two hour minimum on the hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every move is unique! We have high customer service ratings, because we try to give the most accurate estimate possible before going into move day. This way, there are minimal surprises at the end. 1. We believe it is best to begin with a phone conversation with new customers in order to Establish Customer's Goals. 2. We'll then Schedule a Free In-Home Estimate to obtain accurate inventory and plan for the proper equipment needed to complete a quality move. (Convenient apps are available to collect home inventory data if an in-home walk through cannot be scheduled. )
