I needed an old, shallow (and split) sink removed and replaced by my new, deep, farmhouse sink! Mike’s quote was affordable and fair. He was very responsive to all of my messages and explained everything that was gonna happen before he even came over to do the job. This included him having to rework all of the plumbing underneath the sink because of the depth of the new sink. My only few complaints are small issues that wouldn’t hinder me from calling him in the future should I need a plumber again! They are as follows: He didn’t clean up the floor and underneath the sink very well; I had to vacuum and clean up myself after he left (not a big deal). The pull-down sprayer for my kitchen sink was just fine so we kept it; when it was installed with the new sink, there was significantly more difficulty pulling down and putting away the pull-down sprayer. Mike tinkered with it for more or less an hour trying to get it to move as smoothly as it had before, but eventually gave up on it. I felt bad for the guy because it was a mystery why it was acting this way. My husband ended out solving the problem and it’s a tiny, fixable issue we will tinker with this weekend. The last thing is just time; he was here for four hours and I only imagined it taking two hours, tops. All in all, he was friendly and a solid professional. Thanks Mike!
He came out and looked at my washer. He was very honest and told me it’s timento invest in a new machine. He could repair the machine but with its age and they type (fancy with no agitator) that it would cost more to fix it than to buy an new machine. He said get the old fashion machines, cleans better; lasts longer, and cheaper to repair should I ever need it. Cost of repairs would have been around $400-$500. I took his word. Went and bought a brand new machine, with agitator, name brand, 4.2 cubic, for a total of $509 with tax. He could have repaired the machine and made money off me but was honest and truly looked out for his customer. I will for sure use him in the future.
Mr. McCracken built a new fence for us. He did an outstanding job, was very detailed oriented and delight to work with. We would recommend him to anyone needing a honest repairman who cares about his work product and provides excellent customer service at a price we can all afford. We cannot say enough good things about him and have referred him to several of our friends who are in need of home and fence repair/replacement.
10 minutes after I submitted my repair needed, Dale contacted me and set up an appointment the same day. He was right on time and fixed what I needed in less than an hour. His price was extremely well also. I would highly recommend him!
Very pleased with all the work done for me. Beautiful plants provided. Work consisted of sprinkler repairs, installation of a French drain, rockscaping, new grass, new flowerbed curbing and installation of perennial plants and one large tree.
Jay was quick to come out and fix my stove. Got it up and running the same day. Only thing I would ask to change is that before the repair, consult with the customer of the repair being made and the COST of it before finishing the job. Though I was prepared for an expensive part to be replaced, I thought it would need to be ordered or something first. Jay happened to have it on hand and replaced it before telling me it was going to cost me over $300. Some people may take a HUGE issue to that. Though it was an expected expense, I was also expecting the 'quote to fix' before the repair was completed. Overall, great response and professionalism.
Excellent work. Will definitely use again if we need any other electrical repairs! Fast response and great price!
Very prompt to our needs. However, we awoke with a kitchen floor covered in water because a hose had slipped loose. Advantage Services arrived soon after our call for help, had to replace the ice maker which we didn't think we would have to do. Repaired the loose hose. I really did not expect to pay $650 to add a water filter to the wall and repair the ice maker. It is now working nicely. Will give them another try. Repairman was very thoughtful and appeared to know his business.
Fernando showed up exactly when he said he was and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Repair required exactly what he said it required and I would definitely use him again.
Fast response , repair done and followed up on. Would use again
Did a good job helping to repair my purgala.
Prompt service, and quick repair. A+ would recommend.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing appliance care. Right on time! No surprises! Quoted a price before work was begun. Price actually went down after 2 refrigerators were repaired! I won't use anyone else anymore! Cherie
I was having a trouble with our oven. So I called Appliance Repair Dallas to have their service. The technician was very kind, he tell me what's wrong with my oven. He needs to come back the next day to get the part and install it. Without me, making a follow up. The technician called me and set an appointment with me for installation. And, I am very happy with the service I had. Remarkable experience
We were making repairs requested by a buyer for our home. Dallas Electric was easy to work with and proved to be very knowledgeable.
Ashton was right on time and diagnosed/corrected the issue quickly. Would hire again.
show up on time and did a wonderful job
Frank Collins was wonderful. One of my rental properties was trashed by a tenant and initially I contacted Frank to have just a couple of things fixed. Frank came out and gave me such a good estimate and impressed me so much at our first meeting, I went ahead and had him quote me for the entire job. He replaced carpeting, tiled one room, did general repairs like repairing the hole in the wall, replaced ceiling fans and light fixtures, and painted the condo from top to bottom. A stellar job at a very reasonable price.
