We love Jose and his work. He has been helping us get ready for an upcoming, unexpected move and has really been great through this tough time. I want him to come with us!!! Jose got in touch with me about a project I posted, he was not one of my original options. I needed several light fixtures As well as multiple door handles changed out. My post indicated a deadline of Sunday, he reached out Saturday. When we finalized price I asked if he could complete by Sunday but he said it was his grandmothers birthday. As I had already been stood up or left hanging by 2 other handymen for the same job by then, We agreed on the following Saturday at 10am. Wednesday he confirmed we were still on, I said yes. Saturday morning at 10:30 I reached out to Jose to check ETA. He said sorry his son had a fever. I do understand that things happen and family comes first, the low stars are due to the lack of notification that he was not coming- not even a quick text- leaving me hanging and once again having to scramble to find someone else on a job that was already well past my original deadline

Jose was able to come out and fix the fence my dogs knocked down as well as light switch that stopped working. If I need any other work done I will definitely call him again.

This gentleman gave a quote and told us a day and time and forgot to show up. When I called, he stated he forgot. We reset another appointment for today and he is not answering or responding to email, text, or telephone. This is very unprofessional. Just say you didn’t want the job but do not be unprofessional.
