FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for my inspections are always free of charge. Helping with the insurance work as well is also free of charge. Writing estimates for comparison, you guessed it free of charge!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So working with a new customer is always a new and great experience. I always like to start with a hand shake and exchange information so they have a way of contact and security. Then I ask them questions about the home to get a background on the age and any existing damage. Then I proceed with my inspection on the roof and around the home. After the inspection I show the home owners pictures of my findings and go over the next steps in the process of helping them find the best solution to the problems found.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of customers. From new home owners just understanding how things work with their homes, to experienced homeowners with much know how in the field of roofs and inspections. Both are great to work with, and being able to just exchange knowledge and see if we can do anything to improve their home is always a great outcome.
