He had all the tools necessary to diagnose and repair the work. He was not able to complete the work on the day he came due to the water company shutting off the water to our subdivision just as he was starting to do a pressurized water test. He came promptly back the following morning and completed the work. So grateful that there is a company that has people like Alejandro.
