FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may seem high to some people but in reality my pricing is good for the job I do, I clean your home like it’s my own home, not only that I make sure to have a good relationship with my customers I always go the extra mile if they ask for extra or mention something they wanted done. No complaints on my end just making sure my customers are satisfied to the max and I’m doing the best I can do for them. Services for a consistent customer I am willing to give a little discount or even with the extra things my clients ask are not extra charged I typically add it with the overall cost if it’s not to major. I’m willing to work my customers to make sure we are always on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I always want to make sure they understand pricing, extra services, how tiring cleaning can be, but most importantly I want to make sure my new clients know they can trust me and for me to feel like I can trust them. Respect is number one key and communication is number one key as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off by working for someone who owned a cleaning business through a good friend of mine and since than I enjoyed and loved helping people the best I could. Another plus was working on my own time and eventually starting to do it on my own. To be my own boss was good for me and cleaning good was just in my nature 😊
