- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to keep our customers informed along the whole journey. 1. We will first call you to know how we can best help you, and set up an appointment to meet with one of our landscapers and designers. 2. We will call or text the day of the appointment to confirm said appointment. Since it is a free estimate, if we do not hear back from you, we will assume it is canceled. 3. During the appointment we will go over the property with you, what you would like and how feasible it actually is (shade vs sunlight plants, measurements, etc). 4. We will email the estimate. It is a minimum of 48 hours before we can send one back due to vendor's response, etc. 5. If you agree and are ready to move forward, you will signed the contract and email it back. We would set a date to start the project and we can get things rolling! During the process itself, we are in constant communication with you. The time the team will get there, delivery of materials, payments, etc.
