- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yearly, i'm required to complete 32 hours of ongoing education classes to maintain my All Lines Adjuster License. Additionally, I have to also attend an 8 hour class yearly to keep my NFIP Flood Adjuster License.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been involved in construction practically all my life. Little did I know when I was assembling model airplanes, cars, ships etc, that I was learning to read blueprints.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Roofing, Flooring (especially hardwood floors), Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling, Siding, Painting, and Gutters are what we do a lot of. With the insurance programs we get a lot of water damage work...sometimes it's like a word problem trying to figure out how something looked so we can put it back together.
