Our rates range from $79-$159, based on the quantity and type of sessions purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free evaluation session. During this session, your local Training Director will perform a full fitness evaluation, get to know more about you and your goals, and record a 3D body scan (to begin progress tracking). At the completion of this session, you will be recommended a training/nutrition program to meet your goals. There is no obligation to purchase at anytime during this free evaluation session.
