- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair pricing for the quality of work installed. We are available to meet with you to discuss your project on site. This allows for us to provide different sample options to help achieve to budget goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial phone/email conversation to determine how we can be of assistance. Next, we will schedule a time to visit the project area site to take measurements and provide product information and samples. We can usually provide our clients with a proposal onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of construction and related experience that contributes to solving the different challenges that can arise from time to time during installation of artificial turf.
