FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year we send our technicians to WTR (Water Remediation Technician) seminars. These are 3 day long classes that help our technicians stay on top of any new standards as well as brush up on old standards. At the end of the class, a test is taken and if they pass with 80% or higher, they will receive a certification. This is the same for our carpet cleaners, and our management. We send them to the appropriate corresponding seminars!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Majority of the jobs we complete for our customers are carpet cleaning, water damage remediation, tile, grout, and duct cleaning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a company for cleaning or remediation, I would suggest looking at reputable reviews (If you can contact them, that's best! Many people can put out a fake or bad review) Also look at the first interaction (the first phone call) with them, and every instance afterward. There are many reputable and outstanding cleaning or remediation companies. But there are also many that are not reputable. There are companies we've gone behind to clean up their work. A big name does not mean the best work. Sometimes the best work comes from smaller companies who work hard and diligently because they have pride in it. Every interaction and their ability to put you at ease, and keep your confidence in them, is a good company.
