Pat and Leyla are awesome! We have an older home and needed lots of guidance to maximize the space we have. They were able to view the job and visualize the many improvements that they made. They clean up every day before they leave and leave my home still livable. I am so pleased with their work and professionalism.

We had a lot of fun doing this really unique master bathroom remodel. We build and install a special ceiling mounted rain shower to accommodate the customers. They are both tall and since the husband is 6'9" it was something that we were happy to do. It is hard to find a good, reliable contractor especially when you are planning to remodel the master bathroom in the house where you expect to stay for the next 15 years.

We looked at different websites (Yelp, Angie's list etc...) and met and talked to more than 10 contractors but at the end, there was something that was missing or wrong (too expensive, too long to reply to email, too much subcontracting etc...) until we met Pat.

We initially scheduled an appointment at 8:00 am and he was right on time, explained us clearly the different difficulties that we may have and provided us with an estimate of amount of time to complete the work (6 weeks). Between our first meeting and the beginning of the work Pat provided us a detailed schedule of the work he is planning to do and was frequently sending us an update of the status of the job that he was doing. He wasn't the cheapest, but we really appreciated the way he was communicating with us for our project. He stopped by two more times to check with us some details that we were worrying about before the beginning of the work. It was also an occasion for us to meet his wife Leyla.

At the end, we didn't regret our decision to hire Pat. During the whole time of the project, Pat was always on time, protecting our hardwood floor at the beginning of the day and cleaning it at the end of the day. During the 6 weeks of the project, Pat was always keeping us up to date with the progress of the work and was sending us pictures while we were working. He was perfectly on time and was doing a very good job taking care of all small details. We had some delays but it was only related to other companies that we worked with (countertop, cabinets etc...) and Pat was always here to provide us feedback and recommendation based on his experience. We also appreciated that Pat was dedicated 100% of the remodeling project without subcontracting the work. He was doing a perfect team work with his wife and we really appreciated his dedication and the quality of his work. Another big advantage is that Pat and Leyla were super friendly with our dog and didn't mind having him at home while they were working.

When the project was done, Pat came couple of times to see if everything works well. We will be working with Pat and Leyla on our future projects !!

Pat and Leyla ARE remodeling at it's BEST! They remodeled our bathroom that included tiles, new baseboards and molding,* painted several rooms, installed custom snap-lock flooring in our 2 car garage, designed and installed a safety railing around our "pull down" steps in the attic space and finished projects that I had started but lacked the experience and time that Pat and Leyla were able to finish without any problem. *While any baseboards from the local Big Box chains would have come close to matching our existing baseboards, Pat and Leyla somehow knew just where to go and found the exact molding and trim (at a fraction of the price per linear foot) Their work is excellent and precise. They take pride in their work and each day they left the area cleaner than at the start of the day. I have ZERO complaints about any of their work. When they replaced a dented metal threshold under the door Pat wasn't happy with the outcome (I thought it looked good) but he removed it and replaced it again...who does that? It is the only remodeling/handyman service that you should and can TRUST with your BIGGEST investment - (your home) PRICED RIGHT HANDYMAN REMODELING SERVICES ! ! !

Pat and Leyla renovated my master bedroom and bathroom. My bathroom had water damage in the shower area behind the ceramic tile. Pat cleaned out the rotted studs and prepared and tiled the new shower wall. All the walls of my bathroom were in bad shape. Pat repaired and painted the walls and added wainscot and trim. He replaced the old window with new window and window sill. Cut the door opening to 36 and moved the electrical wiring. He installed the flooring, a new tub, toilet and bathroom accessories. He moved the plumbing so that the vanity would fit into the small area.
In my master bedroom he painted all walls plus an accent wall and added window sills and baseboards.
He replaced the exterior water heater door with a new painted door with added vents.
He replaced my garbage disposal and installed TV mounts on the wall.
Pat and Leyla keep the renovation area very clean. They show up every morning on time and work hard all day to complete the job. Pat is very detail oriented and has very good problem solving skills. He makes his renovations very pretty, very functional and cost effective.
I am very pleased with my new bathroom and bedroom.

Pat and Lela did a great job with our bathroom model. Given it was an older house, some challenges came up, but they were able to take care of everything with ease. At times I was nervous, but Pat made everything look great. The windows I purchased were too big (too deep), but Pat was able to put them in so you can't even tell. They look great.

I also loved that they did all of the work themselves. There weren't any subcontractors involved. It was comforting having the same people coming by every day instead of different people every day.

Our bathroom remodel was pretty extensive. They knocked down a wall and rebuilt a half wall, re-ran the electrical and plumbing, tiled and even painted Everything looked great and we were very pleased with the work. I've never worked with someone who cared more about making sure I was happy with the product.
