FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to negotiation. If you don't ask, the answer is always no.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what the client needs until I understand the job. I am an optimist so I think I can do everything within an hour or so. My team reminds me that "this will take time" and "Rome wasn't built in a day". They are more of realists which makes for a great team
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had no formal education as a handy woman. Most is trial and error. I live life by the concept of "I can do it". I've replaced my windows and exterior doors in my whole house. I have owned a Private Investigation Firm since 2000. I have lots of experience in this field. I had my own personal hardships and started doing home improvements for people after COVID and to take a break. My son is now learning the business of investigations so I've gotten a new zest for it.
