I started going to Dolce for violin lessons as a beginner. They have been incredibly helpful and friendly through the entire process. The cost is very competitive and the instructor quality is outstanding making it the best value by far. It was immediately clear to me that the environment is passionate about teaching music and not just a business to make money.

Andrew is flexible in terms of his time and in terms of meeting the student where they are. That said, he is also good about creating firm assignments for each lesson. We have enjoyed learning violin - our first foray into music - with Andrew.

Bridgid Bibbens played at our wedding for Cocktail hour and during the dinner session. Bridgid also played our first dance song "A time for Us. Bridgid not only learned the song, but sent it to us to practice to. SHe also rocked the song better than the original artist we heard playing. She was amazing and all our guests constantly rave about her. We would highly recommend her. She was professional, very understanding, played beautifully, and was dressed elegant for the occasion. Trust us, you will not be sorry for booking her. Thank You So Much Bridgid for the memories and being a part of our special day and our special first dance!

About

Many violin teachers focus on a single aspect of teaching; this may be technique, or songs as quickly as possible. My program balances all aspects of playing including beautiful movement, literacy, and artistic expression. My teaching methods are discovery based, so students are actively engaged in what they are learning. This allows them to connect more deeply with their violin study and gain true mastery.

About

I play solo violin and I have electric violin with pedals. I'm playing Arabic, Turkish and Esbana music. Contact me for more information.

About

I provide violin instruction for ages 2 - adult. Each of the students in my program receives weekly lessons using the Suzuki method. The classical pieces have been carefully selected to provide a strong foundation through its sequential introduction and reinforcement of skills. As each student progresses at their own pace, reading, theory and technique skills are added, and different styles are explored. I began studying the violin as a student in one of the first Suzuki programs in the United States, and I have been fortunate to study with many of the best, including Dr. Suzuki himself both here and in Japan. I have a degree in music education and elementary education, and I have taught the violin since 1976. I have had programs in Oregon, Hawaii and Texas. It is a joy seeing students' talents increase, as they learn about the instrument and watch it become an enjoyable musical outlet for them.
