We recently celebrated my father's 80th birthday. This was a really important event for him and my family in that he is terminally ill and it will most likely be his last birthday party. Krissy and her team did a simple balloon arch that matched our decor perfectly. It provided the perfect backdrop to honor my dad! She even went over and beyond by offering her service at a discounted rate. Totally unexpected, but really appreciated. Thank ypu so much, Krissy!

Krissy helped me for my last minute plans to celebrate my twins birthday at a park. She and her husband got there before us and with an amazing garland, matching the colors perfectly. Seeing that I was decorating with a baby in hand, they even helped me blow and put some extra balloons on the centerpieces stands I wanted to do, without any charge. Highly recommended.

Krissy and her husband showed up to my event on time and came ready to work. I only wanted them to blow up the balloons I had but they offered to decorate the event space and they did a fantastic job. I would not have been able to do what they did in the time that they did it. They saw that I needed help and offered without me asking.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that if you are having an event it is for a special reason and deserves to be the best, but shouldn’t break the bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally prefer to meet face to face or by phone at minimum so we can get to know each other and I can learn their style and taste. More importantly so we can discuss details of the project. After our initial meeting I will provide a written quote with details about expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We gained our advanced techniques and skills through extensive training and hands-on experience.
We have attended specialized workshops, masterclasses, and seminars conducted by renowned professionals in the industry. These sessions provide valuable insights into advanced designs, intricate twists, and innovative approaches to balloon artistry.
We have also trained under the guidance of experienced mentors to help refine our style, enhance our proficiency, and instill a keen eye for detail.
