I generally do not write reviews ,but because of the kind of service that I received from Pioneer Roofing especially Sam Karim who worked on my roof and Gutter replacement , I had to write this and this is my first review on Yelp. He did an excellent job of discussing with me in detail about the Job and has been reachable all the time whenever i need to talk to him.He has a very good knowledge of his industry and provided me with right advise in selecting the product for my roof. When there was a small problem , he came and fixed it on time. There is never a time i had keep bugging him to take care of things. He worked with my insurance company through out this and got the missing items approved without my involvement . He made it a stress free process for me.I would definitely recommend Pioneer for any kind of roofing and Gutter Jobs.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!! Yes, I said the word, Excellent! 3 times and Pioneer Roofing Restoration deserves all of those 3! We worked with Seth, Sam, and Pete. All of the guys were amazingly-professional, but to top it all off, they truly made me feel like a little-sister to them as they cared for us. They had such knowledge of the industry and took the time to really go the extra mile. They provided such helpful, detailed customer service. It truly was, through the roof kind of service. (Yes, that pun was intended. Lol!) When other companies would only provide 10-year or 25-year products for even a higher fee. Pioneer Roofing Restoration provided better 50-year products and even out did them in pricing. Their work was excellent and even neighbors came by afterwards to compliment our roof. I would highly recommend Pioneer Roofing Restoration to all my friends and family. If you want top quality, great pricing and genuine customer care, please take my advice and use Pioneer Roofing Restoration. Tell them Rachel Elliott sent you. You wont regret it!
