We had had a roof leak above a drywall garage ceiling. We had someone else find and fix the leak above first, then we hired DN Restoration and Construction to inspect and replace the damaged drywall. He was prompt and gave us a fair, honest worst-case estimate (since we didn't know how much water/mold damage we'd find, and whether or not insulation would need to be replaced. He was responsive in scheduling, cleaning the hidden damage, and now the ceiling looks as good as new. Final price even came in below estimate since there was no insulation to replace. Very happy with the job and would hire again.
