There was a little bit of hiccup at first especially in the communication and setting up the prices, but I was very happy with his quality of work and the job! He’s definitely a nice guy but his interactions with the customer and sense of organization could definitely be improved and more straight forward to avoid misunderstanding and to create a safe environment while working! I suggest getting the price and all aspects of the work in writing beforehand! His work and his attention to quality of his work was definitely appreciated!

Their posted rate said $55/hr. They arrived at 10:30, completed the project at 11:41 and gave me a bill for $120. If I ever use them again, I would negotiate a flat fee. I believe they charge from the minute they leave their home. This did not sit well with me. But the work was fine.

Victor and Juan Carlos did an amazing job on several projects in our house- they removed a bar cabinet which involved closing of plumbing pipes, repairing holes in the drywall, texturing and painting and adding tiles to the floor. They also repaired several holes in our ceiling drywall (where we had removed light fixtures) and did such a great job that now we can’t tell where the holes used to be. They also removed wallpaper and painted a bathroom and it looks great! They quoted a very fair price and worked quickly and efficiently. Also both very lovely people to have around. I will definitely hire them again for future work!
