If you want honest hard working people doing your chimney cleaning, then Professional Air Duct Cleaning is who you want. After cleaning the chimney stack, I was informed that the ceramic floor to my fireplace was cracked and compromised that could lead to an unwanted disaster. They replaced the floor for a fair price. After the installation of the floor, I notice the floor wasnt exactly level. No problem, they removed the floor and made adjustments. Lastly, they installed a new gas fire log system which relieved me from having to do it myself just before Christmas - at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very positive customer experience, which I believe we all want.

Techncian came late smelling like cigarettes, then tried to step on my clean carpet with muddy shoes, and I had to tell him twice not to and he didn't have any shoe covers so I gave him two trash bags to walk around in.
The worst was that I had requested a fireplace cleaning quote and inspection and sent pictures and was given a price and then he changed the price upon arrival to more than the double. Know he will try to upsell you.
I also recall the same technician with a different company on Thumbtack where I had the same upselling experience. Doesnt feel like they are genuinely trying to help solve the problem. Instead they want to max out on the sale. I just paid for the inspection and had no work done. Based on my bad experience I do not recommend this pro.
